AB-USA-Buffalo.com uses quickest and safest methods in the pick, pack, and ship process available to deliver your products fast and hassle free. We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states with low shipping/delivery rates. 

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday during business hours. To protect you as a credit card holder AB-USA-Buffalo.com may request additional information that may delay your order process. If additional information is needed you will be notified via phone or email. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.   The average delivery time is 3-7 business days.  

Ground shipping is a reliable door-to-door option which is usually delivered within seven days, depending on the shipping location. Most residential/commercial ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday during business hours. Detailed tracking information is included with this shipping method. Oversized shipments may have a different delivery time frame than standard ground delivery. 

Oversized Shipments due to the size on this merchandise it will arrive via freight delivery. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided once your order ships. You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery time. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S. by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 3-7 business days. 

Please inspect the condition of the package and report any damage that occurred during delivery, AB-USA-Buffalo.com must be contacted within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. 

AB-USA-Buffalo.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters

 

Cancellation Policy

If you purchase an item for local pick-up, you have the right to cancel the sale for any reason until you inspect and accept the product.  Once you accept the product your right to cancel the sale terminates and any return would be subject to the Return Policy (see below).  So if you want to reserve a product, we encourage you to buy it for local-pick-up as you can cancel the sale with out risk.   

 

Returns Policy

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is defective or material different than we represented. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the return is not due to our error, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from our refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
